Do I need a SIRET number to open a stockist account?+
Yes. We only sell wholesale to registered businesses: sales to individuals go exclusively through high-district.com. The SIRET (French business registration number) is checked when the account is opened.
What are your trade prices?+
They are tiered and shared once your application has been approved, together with the corresponding recommended retail price. Submit your request and you will receive the full price list within 48 working hours.
What exactly is the CBDX range?+
CBD is extracted directly from hemp. CBDX starts from the same hemp, but the molecule is transformed in a laboratory: it is a semi-synthetic cannabinoid, with a markedly more intense perceived effect. Under French law, it may be sold as long as the finished product stays below 0.3% THC and contains no molecule classified as a controlled substance — which we check batch by batch.
Are lab reports provided?+
Yes, for every batch delivered, on request. It is the document that protects you in the event of an inspection and answers your customers' questions.
Do you offer point-of-sale materials?+
Yes: a counter display and a floor stand, plus window visuals. Terms are set out with the price list, and the visuals are refreshed with every new collection.
