This policy describes how LION INDUSTRIE (“we”) collects and processes your personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

2. Data collected
- Identity and contact details (surname, first name, e-mail, telephone, delivery/billing address);
- Order and payment data (payment is processed by our secure providers; we do not store your card numbers);
- Connection and browsing data (see Cookie Policy);
- Where applicable, proof that you are of legal age.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Management of orders, deliveries and after-sales service — performance of the contract;
- Invoicing and accounting obligations — legal obligation;
- Age verification — legal obligation / legitimate interest;
- Newsletter and marketing communications — consent;
- Website improvement and audience measurement — consent / legitimate interest.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for our internal departments and our processors (hosting provider, payment provider, carriers, e-mailing tool), who are bound by confidentiality. It is never sold to third parties.
5. Retention periods
- Customer & order data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then statutory archiving (up to 10 years for accounting records);
- Prospecting / newsletter: until consent is withdrawn, then 3 years maximum;
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to set out directives regarding the handling of your data after your death (post-mortem directives). To exercise them: contact@lion-industrie.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption of communications, restricted access) to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
