Read before you apply
The rules of the game
CBD is legal in France, but promoting it is regulated. These six rules come from French law and from the house: we apply them to our own content, and we ask you to do the same.
Rule 1
You label it “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale”
Right from the start of every piece of content, legible for its whole duration. It's French law (Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023) — the label is “Advertising” or “Commercial collaboration”, in French — and it's what protects your account.
Rule 2
No health or effect claims
No sleep, stress, pain, anxiety, no “it cures”. Under French law, that's banned for CBD, no exceptions. Talk about aromas, strains, the vibe.
Rule 3
Adults only
Content aimed at an adult audience, never at minors. If your community is very young, this programme isn't for you.
Rule 4
“Image virtuelle” on our visuals
The scenes in the visual kit are AI-generated: if you use them, French law requires the label “Image virtuelle” (virtual image).
Rule 5
Never with alcohol, never behind the wheel
We don't show the product alongside alcohol or driving, and we remind people not to drive after use.
Rule 6
The product and the vibe — not the smoke
Show the packaging, the flowers, the resins, the District atmosphere. No staged consumption, no promised cannabinoid levels.

Questions from creators
Is there a minimum follower count?+
No. A community of 3,000 engaged people beats 100,000 followers who never react. We look at your world, your engagement and how well it fits with High District.
How is the commission calculated and paid?+
You earn 10% of the amount paid (excluding delivery) on every order placed with your code. Statements are drawn up monthly and commission is paid by bank transfer, against an invoice: you need a status that lets you invoice, such as a French micro-entreprise or a company.
Can the −15% code be combined with other offers?+
It can't be combined with other promo codes. It still works alongside free delivery from €45 and the free grams of District Tasting.
What is the CBDX range?+
CBD is extracted directly from hemp. CBDX starts from the same hemp, but the molecule is transformed in a laboratory: it's a semi-synthetic cannabinoid — not stronger CBD, something else — with a more intense perceived effect, reserved for people who already know CBD. All our products stay under 0.3% THC.
Is CBD legal in France?+
Yes, as long as it comes from authorised hemp varieties and the finished product contains less than 0.3% THC. Every High District batch is tested by an independent laboratory.
Can I talk about the product freely?+
Yes: your opinion, your style, your words. All we ask is that you follow the rules of the game above. They're not there to hold you back, but to keep your account — and ours — online.
