6. Product compliance — Hemp, CBD & CBDX

The products sold are derived from industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) and have a THC content below 0.3%, in accordance with the European and French regulations in force (in particular Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 and the decision of the French Council of State (Conseil d'État) of 29 December 2022).

Products in the CBDX range are based on a semi-synthetic cannabinoid derived from hemp, obtained through transformation in a laboratory. They are sold on condition that the finished product contains less than 0.3% THC and no molecule included on the list of narcotics, which is verified batch by batch by an independent laboratory. As the framework applicable to these molecules is liable to change, the publisher reserves the right to withdraw the range from sale without notice.

• Non-medical products: they are not a medicinal product and are not a substitute for any treatment. No therapeutic claim is made.
• Sale strictly restricted to adults (aged 18 and over).
• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
